Privacy Policy | Demon Tattoo Bali

Last updated: 30 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data Demon Tattoo Bali (“we”) handles when you visit demontattoobali.com or contact us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Messages you send us on WhatsApp — your name, phone number, and anything you choose to share, such as tattoo ideas, reference photos, placement and preferred dates.
Booking details — the date of your appointment, your design and the deposit you paid.
Basic technical data — like every website, our hosting server records standard request logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and troubleshooting.

This website has no contact forms, accounts or comments, and we do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use it

To answer your questions and send you a quote
To draw your design and schedule your appointment
To keep a record of your booking and deposit
To keep this website secure

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. We only share it when the law requires us to.

Third-party services

WhatsApp (Meta) — our booking chat. Messages are handled under WhatsApp’s privacy policy.
Google Maps — the map on our Contact page is embedded from Google, which may set cookies when it loads. See Google’s privacy policy.
Links to Google reviews, TikTok and Facebook — these open the other site, where its own policy applies.

How long we keep it

We keep booking messages and records for as long as we need them to look after your tattoo, including touch-ups, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Server logs are kept for a limited time by our hosting provider.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022). Send us a message on WhatsApp (+62 878-4528-0199) and we will reply as soon as we can.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
